For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through BlueDart/DTDC/SHIP ROCKET . We try our best to ship the goods to you as soon as possible. On average, it takes us about 4-6 business days to ship goods out of our warehouse in Jaipur. SWADESHI is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company and will not be responsible for damage/shortage after delivery. All claims for shortage or damage must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery so that we can take those up with Shipping Partner.

Cash upon delivery and pre-paid through card/bank are the two payment methods used by us.

On average, it takes us about 5 to 6 business days to ship goods out of our warehouse in Jaipur, India. Swadeshi is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company and will not be responsible for damage/shortage after delivery. All claims for shortage or damage must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery so that we can take those up with DHL. Some products may attract import duty and or tax depending on the country of import. Such charges will be paid by DHL on your behalf and charged separately over and above the price.
